Text Messaging (SMS) Program & Opt-In

How our text notifications work, how you opt in and out, and how we handle your mobile information.

BR Sanctuaries LLC, doing business as Better Restaurant Tech ("Better Restaurant Tech," "we," "us," or "our"), builds and operates software for restaurant and hospitality teams and their guests. Through the apps we operate, we send SMS/text notifications to individuals who have expressly opted in. This page describes that program, the exact way people opt in, what messages we send, and the choices available to every recipient.

1. Programs we operate

Better Restaurant Tech runs one shared, opt-in text-messaging program across the applications we operate. Each application serves a specific audience and message purpose:

Internal · workforce

CFA Team App

Operational and development notifications for the leadership team of a Chick-fil-A operator — check-in reminders, evaluation and training updates, and daily-operations alerts. Recipients are registered team members who opt in inside the app.

External · members & guests

Tee Time

Reservation and membership notifications for a golf venue — booking confirmations, reminders, and account/service messages to members and guests who opt in.

External · guests

Tee Time Kiosk

On-site service notifications for guests who opt in at the venue or in the app — for example, status and readiness alerts tied to their visit.

Each program collects consent separately and sends only the message types described above. We do not sell access to these programs, and the general public cannot be enrolled without a person's own opt-in.

2. How you opt in

Opt-in is always an affirmative action taken by the individual. Depending on the program, you opt in either inside the authenticated app or on our secure consent page at betterrestauranttech.com/optin. In every case:

Only the message types for the program you opted into. Every message begins with the program name. Representative messages:

CFA Team App: Reminder — your daily check-in is due. Open the app to complete it. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
CFA Team App: A new evaluation has been assigned to you. Log in to review. Reply STOP to opt out.
Tee Time: Your tee time is confirmed for Sat 9:10 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

No mobile information — including your mobile phone number and SMS/text opt-in and consent data — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages you requested, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other information-sharing.
