We collect the following categories of information:
We use information to:
Where you have provided your mobile phone number and given consent, we may send you SMS/text messages through the Services. These may include operational and account notifications (such as check-in reminders, evaluation and training updates, and service alerts) and, where you have separately opted in, informational or promotional messages.
Consent. We send SMS messages only to individuals who have opted in — for example, by providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive messages within the CFA Team App, on a web form, or by texting a keyword to us. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. See our SMS Messaging Terms for full details.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information — including your mobile phone number and SMS/text-message opt-in and consent data — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with subcontractors and service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging platform provider), solely so that we can send the messages you have requested. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as follows:
As stated in Section 3, we never share mobile opt-in or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are intended for use by adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
