The terms that govern your use of Better Restaurant Tech's services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and BR Sanctuaries LLC, doing business as Better Restaurant Tech ("Better Restaurant Tech," "BR Tech," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services, including the CFA Team App and any SMS/text messaging programs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The following terms apply to our SMS/text messaging program(s). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Better Restaurant Tech (the "CFA Team App" messaging program) sends account, operational, and informational text messages — such as check-in reminders, training and evaluation updates, scheduling and service notifications, and, where you have opted in, related informational or promotional messages.
You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages — for example, within the CFA Team App, on a web form, or by texting a keyword to us. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to any messages you send or receive.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and we are not responsible for any carrier's actions.

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and design, are owned by BR Sanctuaries LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. Data and content you submit remain yours, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BR Sanctuaries LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
